Job Responsibilities

*Providing support to our managers assisting various daily tasks and general administrative activities.
*Product and Supplier research
*Develop and maintain a supplier contact lists with all the important details.
*Contact various supplier using all necessary tools such as but not limited to email, webmail contact form, via sms or direct phone call.
*Provide clerical support to the HR department.
*Assists with planning and execution of company events such as, organization-wide meetings, recognition events, and company events
*Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
*Assist customer support department in handling clients’ or coaches’ queries and concerns.
*Manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
*Perform other tasks that maybe assigned.
